We offer a variety of delivery services all across the UK. We predominantly use DPD and Royal Mail to deliver.
Please note if you choose next day delivery it will be from the point the pharmacist or prescriber has checked and approved the medication.
The Family Chemist does not take responsibility for any delays in a delivery. A refund for next day delivery will be provided if there is a delay due to the fault of the courier company. Delays due to nationwide stock shortages or issues out of The Family Chemist control would not result in a delivery fee refund. However, we cannot provide you with a refund for the medicine.
If you need your medicine for the next working day please pay for next working day. A delivery is deemed lost after 10 working days. A working day does not include weekends or bank holidays.
